About the Event

The Freelux Project in collaboration with Chicago Black Gay Men’s Caucus Presents:

Community Connections: Chicago — our second installment of our “Community Connections” series that launched in 2025.

This activation serves as an intentional evening of bridging connections, culture, and community engagement.

Taking place on Tuesday, April 7, 2026, from 6:30 PM – 9:30 PM at Bronzeville Winery, this curated gathering will bring together public health leaders, advocates, and community members during the week of the 2026 Biomedical HIV Prevention Summit.

Designed as a space to foster meaningful dialogue, expand networks, and celebrate the power of community-led HIV prevention and care, the event reflects a shared commitment to equity, visibility, and impact.

Community Connections is proudly sponsored by ViiV Healthcare and Gilead Sciences, whose support helps amplify spaces that center our communities and advance collective progress in HIV care and prevention.
